Shipping and Delivery

What would be my delivery time?

Once the order has been confirmed on maddhome.com, it gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time mentioned on the product display page.

Can I schedule delivery on a particular day?

Our endeavour always will be to deliver the products in the fastest time possible and in the best condition. However to commit delivery on a particular day is not possible.

Will I be charged extra for shipping and delivery?

No, there is no extra charge for shipping and delivery. 

How do I track my order?

Through emails you will get regular updates after you have made the purchase. Your order can also be tracked by clicking on the option “Track order” provided on the right side of the website www.maddhome.com. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. Type the tracking number in the tracking section of the website, where the detailed information on your package will be provided.

On COD can I open the packet before payment?

Can I return the packet immediately to the courier company and get the cash back?

We do not have the facility of returning the product to the courier agent and taking the cash back from him. In case you are not satisfied, please contact our customer care on (+91) 9711467727 or just email us at care@maddhome.com.

Can I change my shipping address after order is placed?

Yes. Shipping address can be changed after you have placed the order. Please contact our customer service on (+91) 9711467727 and inform about the new shipping address.

What happens if I am not home when my packet arrives?

A notice will be left at your address by our delivery agent informing you on the alternative delivery or pick up arrangements.
